What we collect
When you place an order or send us feedback we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — for delivery orders — your delivery address and any instructions you provide. We also collect the contents of your order.
Payment information
We do not see, handle, or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure systems. We receive only a payment confirmation and a reference number.
How we use it
To prepare and fulfill your order, to contact you about that order, and — if you have opted in — to let you know when local ordering opens up or changes. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number we may text you about your specific order, such as delivery timing. Marketing texts are only sent if you have separately agreed to receive them.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed to run the business and meet our tax and food-safety obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@notomeals.com. If you have an active order we may need to keep enough information to complete it.

This site uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics later, we will update this page before doing so.
