What is NOTO Meals?
A locally produced, Vietnamese-inspired prepared-meal service created by the kitchen behind Pho Bo To Grill in Richmond, Texas.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each weekly order is prepaid separately and there is no automatic renewal. There is nothing to cancel — simply order again when you want another week.
When do orders close?
Friday at 11:59 PM Central for Sunday production, and Tuesday at 11:59 PM Central for Wednesday production.
When are meals prepared?
Sunday or Wednesday, depending on which batch your order falls into. You will always see your production date before you pay.
What happens if I order after a cutoff?
Your order moves to the next production batch. We show you the exact production and fulfillment dates before payment, so there are no surprises.
When do you deliver?
Monday and Thursday.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within our approved 10-mile local service area.
When can I pick up?
Tuesday and Friday at Pho Bo To Grill, during 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Do I have to pay before my meals are made?
Yes. Only fully paid orders are released for production.
Can I choose my meals?
Yes. Every plan lets you select from the currently available Everyday, Signature, and Reserve collections.
How do premium upgrades work?
Signature meals use $3.00 of premium value and Reserve meals use $8.00. Performance includes $20.00 and Family includes $40.00. Anything beyond the included value is added to your order total, and you will see it before you pay.
Can I order à la carte?
Yes, for extra meals beyond your plan, subject to weekly availability.
Can I choose 15 of the same meal?
Large quantities of a single item may be restricted based on weekly availability and production capacity.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes — our Lemongrass Tofu Rice Bowl, Fried Rice, and Stir-Fry Noodles. Please note the fried rice contains egg, so it is vegetarian but not vegan.
Are meals delivered hot?
No. Meals are provided refrigerated and are intended to be reheated.
How long do meals last?
Storage and use-by guidance is included with every order. We would rather give you the specific date on your package than a general claim here.
Do you provide nutrition information?
Not currently. We would rather show you nothing than show you numbers we have not verified.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our meals are prepared in a working restaurant kitchen that handles common allergens including shellfish, wheat, soy, egg, and sesame. Every meal lists what it contains. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Where do you currently serve?
Richmond, Texas, and approved addresses within our local delivery radius. If you are outside the area, pickup is available and we would love to hear from you.
