NOTO Meals began inside Pho Bo To Grill, a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond. The menu draws from the proteins, marinades, braises, sauces, and cooking techniques already used in our restaurant — reworked into meals that travel well, reheat well, and fit into a busy week.
This is not factory-produced meal prep. Meals are cooked in small weekly batches by a real local kitchen.
